The Management Board of Energa SA ("Company") informs that on 23December 2025, the Company received a notification about the purchase ofEnerga SA shares by ORLEN S.A. i.e. a person closely associated with Mr.Ireneusz Fąfara, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Energa SA and Mr.Sławomir Staszak, Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Energa SA.
