The Management Board of Energa SA (_quot;Company_quot;) informs that on 9 May 2023it decided to recommend to the General Meeting of Energa SA to transferthe Company's net profit for 2022 in the amount of PLN 49,875,171.18 toincrease the supplementary capital.
