The Management Board of ENERGA SA announces that on 5 February 2018, Mr.Daniel Obajtek submitted his resignation from the function of Presidentof the Management Board of ENERGA SA., effective as of 5 February 2018.

The reason for the resignation is appointing Mr. Daniel Obajtek for thefunction of President of the Management Board of PKN ORLEN S.A..
