Subject: Changes in the Management Board ofENERGA SA
Legal basis: Art. 56 section 1 point 2 ofthe Act on Offerings - current and periodic information
The Management Board of ENERGA SA("Company") reports that on 17 January 2017 the Supervisory Boarddismissed from the Management Board:
-Mr. Dariusz Kaśków, performing thefunction of President of the Management Board of ENERGA SA;
-Mr. Mariusz Rędaszka, performing thefunction of Vice President for Financial Matters of the Management Boardof ENERGA SA;
-Mr. Przemysław Piesiewicz, performing thefunction of Vice President for Strategy Development Matters of theManagement Board of ENERGA SA.
Simultaneously on 17 January 2017 theSupervisory Board seconded the member of the Supervisory Board Mr. JacekKościelniak to perform temporarily the duties of the Company'sManagement Board Member for a period of up to 3 months from the date ofhis secondment. Mr. Jacek Kościelniak will hold the position ofPresident of the Management Board. Information on the appointed Memberof the Management Board required by the law will was provided in thecurrent report no. 1/2017.
The resolutions come into force on the dateof adoption.
