Bergen Group Offshore awarded EPCI modification contract on Statfjord B&C

Bergen Group Offshore has, through its subsidiary Bergen Group Rosenberg AS,

been awarded an offshore modification project by Statoil Petroleum AS. The

contract value for the project is estimated to NOK 20-25 million.

The EPCI-contract (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation)

involves modifications to the Statfjord B and C platforms to upgrade the control

system for the diesel engines for generators and fire water pumps. The project

also involves preparations for and assistance in connection with the systems

commissioning.

The planning and engineering activities will commence immediately from Bergen

Group Rosenberg's offices at Buøy, Stavanger. The Offshore Installation and

commissioning is scheduled to for completion in Q3 2012.

The project will be executed jointly with Norse Technology AS who is main

partner to Bergen Group Rosenberg for the project.
