Disclosure of large shareholding

Spring Capital Resources Inc has on Friday 26 March

2010 acquired 929,800 shares to a price

of NOK 7.10 in Bergen Group ASA ("BERGEN"). Spring

Capital Resources owns after this acquisition a total

of 438,726 warrants and 4,629,800 shares,

constituting 10.55 % of the share capital in BERGEN.

This notification has been made in accordance to the

Norwegian Securities Trading Act §4-2.
