Changing in the board

Magnus Stangeland, Chair of the Board of Bergen Group ASA, has today informed

the company's Nomination Committee that he does not wish to be re-elected as

Chair of the Board at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. He has, however,

informed the committee that he is willing to stand for election as an ordinary

board member.
