The Company is pleased to announce that it is expected to publish its nancial statements as of September 30, 2025, as well as an informative presentation of the Company, on November 24, 2025. Should there be any change in this date, the Company will announce it in an immediate report.

A conference call with investors regarding the Company's nancial statements as of September 30, 2025, will be held on November 24, 2025, at 12:00, via the ZOOM platform as a webinar, with the participation of representatives of the Company's management.
