EIOF - Refinancing of debt completed

Reference is made to the Stock Exchange release on August 27, 2021 regarding the agreed term sheet for refinancing of Eidesvik Offshore ASA’s debt (the "Release").

Eidesvik Offshore ASA has completed the final documentation in accordance with the term sheet and as further described in the Release, and the new terms for the company's financing have become effective.
