Registration of EE series shares in the NationalCourt Register.

The Management Boardof Korporacja Gospodarcza 'Efekt' S.A. with its registered office inKraków (hereinafter: the Company, the Issuer) hereby announces thatpursuant to the decision of 8 May 2020 (case reference number KR.XINS-REJ.KRS / 11147/20/272) the District Court for Krakow Śródmieście inKraków, 11th Commercial Division of the National Court Register enteredinto the register and disclosed in the register of entrepreneurs anincrease in the share capital of 3,333,300 series EE shares issued bythe Company with a nominal value of PLN 1.00. Thus, an increase in theIssuer's share capital was registered from PLN 1,665,150 (one millionsix hundred sixty five thousand one hundred and fifty zlotys) to PLN4,995,450.00 (in words: four million nine hundred ninety five thousandone hundred and fifty zlotys PLN). Series EE shares will be the subjectof application for public trading conducted by the Warsaw StockExchange. The Issuer submitted to the National Securities Depository astatement on the entry by the National Court Register of an increase inthe share capital by way of issue of shares and commenced the procedureaimed at the admission and introduction to trading on the WSE regulatedmarket of ordinary EE series bearer shares issued pursuant to ResolutionNo. 5 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders Companies ofDecember 23, 2019 regarding the increase in the Company's share capitalby way of an issue with pre-emptive rights, about the process of whichthe Company informed in current reports ESPI No. 48/2019 of December 24,2019, ESPI No. 42/2019 of November 26, 2019., the ESPI Report 1/2020 ofJanuary 11, 2020, the ESPI Report 4/2020 of February 10, 2020, as wellas the ESPI Report 12/2020 of March 23, 2020.
