Changeof publication date of periodic reports.

The Management Board ofKorporacja Gospodarcza EFEKT S.A.withits registered office in Kraków, (hereinafter: "the Issuer" "theCompany"), with reference to the current report No. 3/2020 of 30 January2020 on the schedule for submitting periodic reports in 2020, and thecurrent report ESPI 13/2020 of 29 March 2020, publishes informationabout changes reports that the date of disclosure to the public of thestandalone and consolidated statements for theannualreport for 2019 and the standalone and consolidated statements for firstquarter of 2020 shall be changed to :

standalone andconsolidated annual report for 2019 - 30 June 2020

standalone andconsolidated report for the first quarter of 2020 - 31 July2020.

The publication date forstandalone and consolidated report for firstquarter of 2020 had originally been set for May 15th 2020, as reportedin Current Report No. 3/2020 of January 30th 2020.

The publication date forstandalone and consolidated annual report had originally been set forApril 21th 2019, as reported in Current Report No. 13/2020 of March 29th2019.Otherdates and information indicated in current report no. 3/2020 do notchange as of today.

Detailed legal basis:§21section 1 and 3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance ondetermining other deadlines for performing certain reporting andinformation obligations of April 7, 2020 (Journal of Laws of 2020, item622) in conjunction from § 80 clause 2 of the Regulation of the Ministerof Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic informationpublished by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing asequivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
