Korporacja Gospodarcza 'Efekt' S.A. with itsregistered office in Kraków (hereinafter: the Company, the Issuer)hereby announces , pursuant to Article 70 point 1 of the Act on publicoffering and conditions for introducing financial instruments toorganized trading, and on public companies, it informs that on May 13,2020 it received from the shareholder of Goodmax sp. z o.o. in Warszawaa notification, forwarded pursuant to Article 69 para. 1 point 1, onreducing the notifier's involvement below 5% in the total number ofvotes in the Company.
