Milano, 12 marzo 2021 – Edison rende noto che l'Avviso di Convocazione dell'Assemblea Speciale dei titolari di azioni di risparmio del 12 aprile 2021 (in prima convocazione), del 13 aprile 2021 (in seconda convocazione) e del 14 aprile 2021 (in terza convocazione) e la Relazione illustrativa del Rappresentante comune degli azionisti di risparmio sulle materie all'ordine del giorno, con le relative proposte deliberative, sono a disposizione del pubblico, presso la sede della Società, sul sito di Edison Spa (https://www.edison.it/it/assemblea-speciale-2021) e sul meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato "eMarket Storage" ().
