DRAX GROUP PLC

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the block listing of 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 1116/29 pence each in Drax Group plc to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading.

These shares will be issued in connection with the Drax Group plc Bonus Matching Plan. They will rank pari passu with the existing shares in issue.

Admission is expected to be effective on 3 March 2014.
