The Company announces the following transactions in the Company's Ordinary shares undertaken by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs").

The Drax Group plc Long Term Incentive Plan 2020 ("LTIP")

On 7 May 2026, the following conditional awards were granted under the LTIP for nil consideration. Vesting of the "Core" and "Stretch" elements of the LTIP award shares is normally deferred for three years and is subject to the satisfaction of certain performance conditions and the participant remaining in employment until the vesting date. The awards granted to the Executive Directors are subject to an additional two-year holding period following the date of vesting.
