Directorate Change

Paul Taylor has advised the Board of his intention to resign as Group Commercial Director with effect from 31 December 2015.  Paul will continue to be an employee of the Company on a limited part-time basis, with his principle responsibility being as a director of the Group's subsidiary company, Billington Bioenergy Limited.

Dorothy Thompson, Chief Executive of Drax, commented:

"On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Paul for his outstanding contribution to Drax.  He has been the main driver in the development of the Company's trading and commercial strategies, including the development of our retail business, and more recently the acquisition of Billington Bioenergy.  I am delighted that he has agreed to stay with the Company in a part-time role and that we will continue to benefit from his experience and expertise."
