Further to the immediate report of the company dated October 8, 2025 (reference number: -2025-01-074441) regarding the reduction of the exercise price of the warrants (Security 1201748) for a limited period (hereinafter: "the original report"), the company is pleased to update that by the early exercise date (as defined in the original report, i.e., October 9, 2025 at 17:00), notices for the exercise of 596,526 warrants (Security 1201748) at the reduced price (as defined in the original report) were received, for a total amount of approximately NIS 208,784 thousand.
