Further to current report no. 18/2017, Pfleiderer Group S.A. (togetherwith its subsidiary PCF GmbH) announces that a notice of redemption tofully redeem the existing €321,684,000 7.875% senior secured notesissued by PCF GmbH (formerly Pfleiderer GmbH) ("Notes") has been issuedtoday. The redemption will occur on August 1, 2017 at a redemption priceof 101.969% (plus accrued and unpaid interest).
