2021 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

IXUP Limited (“ IXUP ” or “the Company ”) (ASX:IXU) advises that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of IXUP is scheduled for 1.00pm (Sydney time) on Wednesday 24 November 2021 as a Virtual Meeting.

Further details of the AGM will be confirmed in due course.

Further to Listing Rule 3.13.1, Listing Rule 14.3 and clause 6.2(f) of the Company’s Constitution, nominations for election of directors at the AGM must be received not less than 35 Business Days before the meeting, being no later than Tuesday 5 October 2021.
