Appointment of Interim Chief Financial Officer

Dataworks Group Limited (ASX: DWG) ("Dataworks" or "the Company") is pleased to advise the appointment of Ms Anna Hooper as Interim Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately.

Ms Hooper has been engaged on an initial three-month contract, with the potential to transition to a permanent role subject to agreement between both parties.

Ms Hooper is a highly experienced finance executive and ASX-listed company CFO with more than 25 years' experience across listed and multinational organisations including SciDev Limited, ASX Limited, Wesfarmers Industrial & Safety, Endeavour Energy, Nuplex Industries and Qantas Airways.

In her most recent role as CFO of SciDev Limited, she oversaw a period of significant growth and international expansion. Her experience spans financial leadership, capital management, investor relations, governance, strategic transactions and operational transformation across complex growth businesses.
