CFO Resignation

Dataworks Group Limited (ASX: DWG ) (“Dataworks” or “the Company”) advises that its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Mr Matthew Johnson, has tendered his resignation with the Company.

Mr Johnson will continue in his role during his contractual notice period of three months to support an orderly transition and handover of responsibilities.

The Board thanks Mr Johnson for his contribution to DataWorks and wishes him well in his future endeavours.

The Company will commence a process to identify a new CFO and will update the market in due course.
