IXUP enters New Zealand market via partnership with Beyonde Ventures Pty Ltd

HIGHLIGHTS:

• IXUP signs Partner Agreement with Beyonde Ventures to launch in the New Zealand market.

• Beyonde Ventures provides specialty marketing services in relation to customer loyalty programs.

• IXUP and Beyonde Ventures to develop the New Zealand market in partnership by offering a jointly developed ‘IXUP powered’ innovative loyalty and co-marketing platform.

• Beyonde Ventures partnership anticipated to be a key driver of IXUP’s commercialisation efforts in the short term.

IXUP Limited (ASX: IXU) (“ IXUP ” or the “ Company ”) is pleased to announce the signing of a Partner Agreement ( Agreement ) with Beyonde Ventures Pty Ltd ( Beyonde ). Beyonde is a subsidiary of Ellipsis & Company an Australian owned customer loyalty consultancy, with a high-profile list of clients with well-known loyalty programs.

The Agreement

The Agreement will see IXUP support Beyonde’s customer data marketing activities in New Zealand and the expansion of Beyonde’s customer loyalty program data capabilities for its impressive client network. Beyonde will utilise IXUP’s market leading secure data engine to deliver privacy enhanced, secure and personalised loyalty offers for and between Beyonde’s loyalty program clients.

Beyonde will establish a New Zealand instance of the IXUP Platform to meet any client data sovereignty requirements; will take on the role as IXUP’s Partner and Master Reseller for the New Zealand market; and will provide a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) offering of the IXUP Secure Data Engine.

The Agreement will have an effective rolling 2-year term from the date of execution, being 23 November 2021.

The Opportunity

Beyonde is well positioned to deliver customer loyalty programs in New Zealand (including in financial services, travel, retail, telecommunications and utilities) and, via partnership with IXUP, will be able to provide its customers with the ability to collaborate in a privacy enhanced manner in order to generate more valuable and personalised offers, whilst maintaining control and security of their client’s data.

As a result of IXUP’s recently announced Data Collaboration Agreement with Acxiom, the world’s leading data demographic company, the Agreement with Beyonde will be further enhanced by third party enrichment data sourced by IXUP.

For completeness, the Company wishes to provide the following additional information in relation to the Agreement:

• Term of 2 years;

• Parties to bear their own costs;

• Revenue Share: IXUP to receive 70% of the fees (net of charges and taxes) collected from private data collaboration projects and associated customer insights to customers and software resale in New Zealand, with Beyonde to retain 30%;

• Termination provisions provide for breach and/or noncompliance; and

• Terms are otherwise commercial in confidence and subject to strict confidentiality provisions.
