Pre-Quotation Disclosures

IXUP Limited ( Company ) (ASX:IXU) confirms the following statements:

• (a) The Company has issued the following securities:

  • 15,000,000 options exercisable at $0.25 each on or before the date which is 5 years from the date of issue;

  • 5,070,000 plan options exercisable at $0.25 each on or before the date which is 5 years from the date of issue; and

  • 5,250,000 performance rights.

• (b) The company has paid the amount of $50,000 to Mr Marc Goldman as a contractual incentive contingent on the admission of the Company to the ASX.
