IXUP Change of Company Secretary

30 November 2017: Data collaboration company IXUP (ASX: IXU) is pleased to announce the appointment of Sydney-based Andrew Whitten as Company Secretary, effective immediately.

Perth-based Scott Mison will step down as Company Secretary, also with immediate effect.

The Board wishes to thank Scott Mison for his service and contribution as Company Secretary during IXUP’s recent ASX listing process.

Andrew is a corporate lawyer with a particular focus on small cap ASX listed companies. He is an experienced Company Secretary and has been involved in many listings and IPOs on the ASX across a wide range of industry sectors, with an emphasis on technology, health, medical and mining companies.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 12.6, the Company advises that Andrew Whitten is nominated as responsible for communication with the ASX in relation to all Listing Rule matters.
