IXUP LIMITED (ASX:IXU) 2020 EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

The Board of IXUP Limited ( Company ) is pleased to advise that an extraordinary general meeting will be held on 8 September 2020 at 10.00 am (AEST) at Level 5, 126 Phillip Street, Sydney NSW 2000 ( EGM ).

In accordance with subsection 5(f) of the Corporations (Coronavirus Economic Response) Determination (No. 1) 2020, the Company will not be dispatching physical copies of the Notice of Meeting. Instead a copy of the Notice of Meeting can be viewed and downloaded online at the following link: https://investors.ixup.com/Investor-Centre/

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Company may be bound to adhere to any government restrictions on gatherings in place at the date of the EGM. This could result in the number of people attending the EGM being restricted. Although the Company intends to provide access for all attendees to the EGM, should numbers need to be restricted, Shareholders will be given priority.

The Company intends to monitor government guidelines in the lead up to the EGM and, if deemed necessary, may change the way in which shareholders can attend and vote on the day of the EGM, which may include the use of virtual meeting technology. If such an arrangement is required, the Company will advise of such arrangements by releasing an announcement to the ASX and on the Company’s website at: https://investors.ixup.com/Investor-Centre/.

Shareholders are urged to monitor the ASX announcements platform and the Company’s website.

Voting in person

To vote in person, attend the EGM on 8 September 2020 at 10.00 am (AEST) at Level 5, 126 Phillip Street, Sydney NSW 2000.

Voting by proxy

Shareholders who wish to participate and vote at the AGM are strongly encouraged to complete and submit their proxies as early as possible.

To vote by proxy:

• 1 please lodge the Proxy Form online at https://www.linkmarketservices.com.au/ and follow the instructions;

• 2 please complete and sign your Proxy Form, and deliver by:
