Issue of Performance Rights to Ian Penrose

IXUP Limited (“ IXUP ” or “the Company ”) (ASX:IXU) announces that it has issued a total of 11 million Performance Rights to Mr. Ian Penrose.

Mr. Penrose is an experienced senior executive and board member within the global online gaming and wagering industries, and since May 2021 has been a consultant to IXUP providing advice relating to;

• the global gaming and wagering industry, with a focus on UK and European markets.

• advice and strategy relating to potential commercialisation of IXUP’s technology suite,

• Advice, strategy and negotiation assistance relating to potential strategic corporate transactions, including, but not limited to, mergers and acquisitions, strategic collaboration agreements, joint ventures, and business partnerships

• General strategic advice relating to the operations of IXUP

• Any other advice as is deemed necessary to further the business and prospects of IXUP Limited and its Group companies

IXUP is extremely pleased to be working closely with an executive and industry leader of the calibre of Mr. Penrose, who has made a significant contribution since being appointed as a consultant in May. The awarding of these Performance Rights is recognition of the significant additional value that Mr. Penrose has potential to provide to the existing and future business objectives of the Company.

Details of the Performance Rights issue are contained in the Appendix 3G announced today.

This announcement has been approved for release by the Board of IXUP.
