Appendix 2A – Late Lodgement Notice
Cycliq Group Limited (ASX: CYQ) ( Cycliq or the Company ), the global leader in vision technology, refers to the Appendix 2A ( Appendix 2A ) lodged today in relation to the issue of 15 million Shares ( Shares ) to the Class A Performance Shareholders following the conversion of all 15 million Class A Performance Shares pursuant to the satisfaction of the Class A Performance Share milestones on 1 August 2024.
The Company recently discovered that, due to an inadvertent oversight, it had failed to lodge an Appendix 2A in respect of the Shares within the stipulated timeframe. The lodgement of today’s Appendix 2A addresses this oversight. The Company has taken steps to ensure that late lodgment of an Appendix 2A will not occur again.
This announcement has been authorised by the Board of directors of the Company.
