Resignation of Joint Company Secretary
Cycliq Group Limited (ASX: CYQ) (Cycliq’ or ‘the Company’) gives notice that, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1, Ms Carla Healy resigns as Joint Company Secretary effective 23 March 2026. We thank Ms Healy for her contribution to the Company and wish her all the best with her future endeavours.
Mr Tim Slate remains Company Secretary and is the person responsible for communications between the Company and ASX under Listing Rule 12.
