Cycliq Group Limited (ASX: CYQ or the Company), the global leader in vision technology, has agreed the establishment of a board of advice, to assist the company with new product design across a range of vision applications. The Advisory Board will ensure that CYQ has access to contemporary knowledge and skill sets to complement our in-house capability in delivering a wider range of features and applications to our core product that require in-camera delivery and can be aided by a multi-modal approach (eg voice, environmental & hazard data) that incorporates other established technology and applications from our partnership with Beemotion.AI.
These will be paid appointments with defined terms renewable on the agreement of both parties.
Appointment of Professor Adam Osseiran
The Board has identified that the first priority of our New Product Development Process is to take advice on the hardware and software elements required to deliver features and upgrades over the product life cycle while ensuring that we maintain the in-camera processing power and battery life that our customers enjoy from our existing product suite. CYQ is therefore pleased to announce Adam Osseiran as the first appointment to our Advisory Board.
Adjunct Professor at the University of Western Australia, Adam was recently the Chair of Brainchip Holdings Limited’ Scientific Advisory Committee (Jan 2020 to August 2024) and present member of the Beemotion.AI Advisory Board. Adam is also the Co-Founder and Director of Innovate Australia, a not-for-profit organisation responsible for the promotion of innovation in Australia. Adam’s knowledge of Neuromorphic Computing and the Hardware components of Edge AI will help Cycliq in the design of vision applications both in-camera and via control box modules that can elevate the features of our current products and expand use cases across and beyond cycling.

have the right building blocks to handle the future processing requirements to make vision “smarter” by leveraging Beemotion’s expertise in multi-modal applications on the extreme edge.
The appointment of Adam Osseiran to our Advisory Board, a former Board member of Brainchip Holdings Ltd and considered a thought leader in Edge AI via Neuromorphic computing chipsets; is a significant coup – and a demonstration that we have a sound first principles approach in implementing AI into the Camera.
