PRO-RATA NON-RENOUNCEABLE SHARE ISSUE

Modena Resources Limited advises that shareholder acceptances have been received for 1,626,791 shares pursuant to the non-renounceable entitlement offer of a total of 85,207,054 shares, leaving a shortfall of 83,580,263 shares.

Pursuant to the entitlement issue Offer Document, the Directors of the Company reserve the right to place, at their discretion, the shortfall to any party who is not a related entity of the Company provided:
