SHARES IN MODENA RESOPURCES LTD (“MDA”)

The Company advises that it has decided to retain its shareholding of 10,300,000 shares in Modena Resources Ltd (“MDA”) for now. This shareholding represents approximately 10.3% of the issued share capital of MDA.

On 6 August 2009, the Company lodged a Form 605 – Notice of Ceasing to be a Substantial Holder following an agreement for sale of 10,000,000 shares in MDA at a price of $0.10 each. This sale has not been completed and has been terminated by the parties.
