Board Re-Organisation

Modena Resources Limited (ASX: MDA , the Company) wishes to advise that due to unforeseen personal reasons Mr Doug Jendry has resigned as Nonexecutive Chairman and Director effective immediately.

An Appendix 3Z – Final Director’s Interest Notice is attached.

Mr Hamilton will assume the position of Chairman and Executive Director with immediate effect, until a suitable replacement can be appointed.

Additionally, Executives of the company will be in Houston, USA next week to progress discussions on the Blackgate transaction which is subject to shareholder and regulatory approval and has the potential to provide the company with a production platform in Oil & Gas.
