Capital Raising

The Company advises that it intends to undertake a placement of up to 15,000,000 ordinary fully paid shares ( Shares ) at $0.04 per Share, to raise $600,000. The placement will be made to sophisticated and professional investors pursuant to section 708 of the Corporations Act.

Funds raised from the issue will be used for working capital purposes.
