Sale of Bullseye Interest

Modena Resources Limited (ASX: MDA, the Company) is pleased to announce the sale of its 9% working interest in the Bullseye Project and 10% working interest in Wilsons Prospect, including the existing wells and associated facilities, to Gold Gate Petroleum.

The consideration payable to MDA is A$300,000 in cash and the issue of 16,000,000 listed ordinary fully paid shares in Golden Gate Petroleum (ASX: GGP).
