Following completion of the allotment of 30,000,000 ordinary fully paid shares, under the prospectus dated 24 September 2007, the Company provides the following market information.

The Company confirms completion of the agreements dated 12 February 2007 entered into by the Company and Mansa Foundation, Renford Consultants Limited, Azur Capital Group Limited and Ilanda Associates (the "Vendors") pursuant to which the Company has acquired all of the fully paid ordinary shares in Murviel Trading SA ("Murviel")(the "Murviel Share Sale Agreements").
