Following completion of the allotment of 30,000,000 ordinary fully paid shares, under the prospectus dated 24 September 2007, the Company provides the following market information.

The Company confirms that conditions precedent to the farmin agreement dated 22 2006 entered into between the Company and Nuenco December NL("Nuenco")("Nuenco Agreement") have been satisfied.

The Company confirms that conditions precedent to the farmin agreement dated 1 February 2007 entered into between Murviel and Kindee Oil and Gas Texas LLC ("Kindee")("Kindee Agreement") have been satisfied.
