Board Appointment

Modena Resources Limited (ASX: MDA , the Company) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Douglas Jendry, AApGeol (1971) to the Board of Directors as a Non-Executive Director effective immediately.

Mr Jendry brings more than 35 years experience in the petroleum industry to the company and has been an Executive Director of a number of successful publicly listed oil and gas companies including First Australian Resources, Omega Oil, Impress Energy, Carpathian Resources and Amerisur Resources.

The Company also advises that Mr Craig Willis resigns from the Board with immediate effect and the Board would like to extend its thanks for his efforts and service to the company.

The composition of the Board will be further strengthened as the company moves forward with the development of its South Texas production assets.
