Board Resignation

Modena Resources Limited (ASX: MDA , the Company) advises that Mr Anthony Hamilton has resigned from the Board with immediate effect and the Board would like to extend its thanks for his efforts and service to the company over the past two years in completing the acquisition of the South Texas assets.

The composition of the Board will be further strengthened as the company moves forward with the development of its US production assets.
