Interim Board Appointments

Modena Resources Limited (ASX: MDA , the Company) wishes to advise the interim appointments of Mr Andrew Waller and Mr Craig Willis as Directors to the Board of the company.

It is anticipated that appointments of highly experienced industry members will be announced next week to facilitate a complete restructure of the Board to better reflect the changing status of the company with the focus on the Oil & Gas industry sector.

The company believes the planned appointments will enhance its position, as it works towards developing its production status from its Oil and Gas assets in South Texas.
