Board Re Organisation

Modena Resources Limited (ASX: MDA , the Company) is pleased to advise that in line with recent announcements the Board has been restructured.

Mr Doug Jendry will assume the position of Non executive Chairman effective immediately.

Mr Jendry brings more than 35 years experience in the petroleum industry to the company and has been an Executive Director of a number of successful publicly listed oil and gas companies including First Australian Resources, Omega Oil, Impress Energy, Carpathian Resources and Amerisur Resources.

Mr Anthony R Hamilton will assume the position of Executive Director with immediate effect, Mr Hamilton has extensive operational mining experience and was previously CEO of a successful International Mining Company.

The Modena Board composition now better reflects its current intended development plan focusing on the Blackgate transaction.
