Director Appointment

Modena Resources Limited (ASX: MDA , the Company) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Tony Izelaar as a Non Executive Director.

Mr Izelaar brings more than 25 years international business experience and has served on numerous listed company boards as well as previously a founding partner of BDO in the Netherlands, Antilles. The appointment further strengthens the Board as the company proceeds to producer status in the Oil and Gas Industry.

The company also wishes to advise the resignation of Mr Sutherland and thanks him for his contribution to the company during his tenure.
