Requisition of Meeting of Shareholders

Modena Resources Limited (“Modena”) advises that it has received requisitions from 19 shareholders comprising of approximately 24% of the votes that may be cast, purporting to call an extraordinary meeting of shareholders.

The Requisitions include resolutions for the replacement of all current directors of Modena with Herbert Gavin Solomon, Simon Robert Kidston and Justin Bradley Clyne.

Modena is considering the validity of the resolutions included in the Requisitions and will inform the market in due course
