Director and Secretary Appointment

Modena Resources Ltd is pleased to advise that Mr Paul Black has been appointed as a director of the company.

Mr Paul Black is a resident of the United States of America and resides in Corpus Christi, Texas.

Mr Black has a B.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. He co-founded BNP Petroleum, a company investing in oil and gas projects, in 1990 and is currently Chairman and CEO. Prior to founding BNP, Mr Black was employed by Tana Oil & Gas Corporation as a Petroleum Engineer.

The Company also advises that Mr Michael Brodie has been appointed as joint company secretary.
