EXTENSION OF DATE FOR HOLDING ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Modena Resources Limited (“Modena”) (ASX Code: MDA) provides the following release.
Modena Resources Limited has requested and obtained, from ASIC, an extension of the date by which it is required to hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 2011. Under the extension granted, the AGM must be held on or before 31 January 2012.
Further information regarding the AGM including the notice of meeting will be sent to shareholders in due course.
The company sought the extension from ASIC to:

Allow it to finalise the 2011 Annual Report to Shareholders with a clean audit report and include the required resolutions in the notice of meeting for the AGM;

Make any required amendments to the notice of meeting which is currently being considered by the ASX;

Ensure it can provide the required notice in accordance with the Corporations Act
