Number of shares and votes in CTEK

The number of shares and votes in CTEK AB (publ) ("CTEK") have changed as a result of new shares being issued in the rights issue resolved by the board of directors on 8 February 2023, subject to approval from the extraordinary general meeting on 3 March 2023.

Through the rights issue, the number of outstanding shares and votes have increased by 19,993,221, from 49,983,054 to 69,976,275. The share capital has increased by SEK 19,993,221, from SEK 49,983,054 to SEK 69,976,275.
