Nomination Committee of CTEK AB's Proposal for Chairman
The Nomination Committee of CTEK AB (publ) announces today its decision to propose that Andreas Örje Wellstam be elected as Chairman of CTEK's Board at the Annual General Meeting on 8 May 2026. Johan Menckel has informed the Committee that he will not be available for re-election, as he will assume the role of CEO of LKAB during the spring. Johan will continue to serve as Chairman of CTEK until the Annual General Meeting.
Andreas Örje Wellstam will take up the position of Chief Investment Officer at Investment AB Latour on 1 April 2026. Andreas most recently held the position of CEO at Swegon, where he successfully contributed to developing the company into a European leader in indoor climate products.
The Nomination Committee continues its work to prepare proposals for the Board and other matters for the Annual General Meeting. A complete proposal will be presented in the notice to the meeting.
