Johan Menckel proposed to be new chairman in CTEK

Hans Stråberg, Chairman of CTEK’s Board of Directors, has in accordance with previous announcement informed the Nomination Committee that he is not available for re-election at the next Annual General Meeting.

The Nomination Committee proposes current board member Johan Menckel to be elected Chairman of the Board. Johan is born in 1971 and has a Masters degree of Engineering at Royal Institute of Technology, KTH in Stockholm. Johan has been member of the Board since 2023 and has long experience from leading positions in international industrial businesses, e.g. former CEO in Gränges. Johan is today Chief Investment Officer at Investment AB Latour and also chairman in the boards of Nederman Group, Bemsiq, Swegon Group and Nord-Lock Group.
