Hans Stråberg declines re-election in CTEK

Hans Stråberg, Chairman of CTEK’s Board of Directors, has informed the Nomination Committee that he is not available for re-election at the next Annual General Meeting. Hans has been Chairman of the Board of Directors since 2011.

The Nomination Committee will now start the work to find a successor, and will return at a later date with a proposal for a new Chairman of the Board.
