Critical Resources Limited (ASX: CRR) – Trading Halt
Trading in the securities of Critical Resources Limited (‘CRR’) will be halted at the request of CRR, pending the release of an announcement by CRR.
Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 29 January 2026; or
-
the release of the announcement to the market.
CRR’s request for a trading halt is attached below for the information of the market.

CRITICAL RESOURCES LIMITED – TRADING HALT REQUEST
Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Critical Resources Limited (ASX: CRR) (“Critical Resources” or “the Company”) requests that an immediate trading halt be put on its securities pending an announcement regarding a capital raising.
The Company requests that the trading halt continue until the earlier of commencement of trading on Thursday, 29 January 2026 or upon release by the Company of the announcement to the market regarding the above.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, or any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
