APPOINTMENT OF ALFRED CHONG AS NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Critical Resources Limited ('Critical Resources' or the 'Company', ASX:CRR) announces the following changes to the Board effective 3 June 2026.

Critical Resources is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Alfred (Teck Eng) Chong as Non-Executive Director. Mr Chong is an accomplished professional and entrepreneur with an extensive 40-year track record in commercialisation, business development and strategic growth across international markets. Throughout his career, Alfred has founded, scaled and commercialised numerous technology businesses, including International Micronet Systems, which was subsequently acquired by CompuCom Systems Inc. Additionally, Alfred has co-founded and supported a number of technology commercialisation initiatives, including Prizm Optics Pte Ltd and Newmorphic Pte Ltd, and has significant experience in securing and managing government-backed innovation funding and commercialisation programs in Singapore.

Mr Chong has previously held senior executive positions including Asia Pacific Chief Executive Officer of Atex Media Command, Chief Executive Officer of THISS Technologies Inc., Chief Executive Officer of 121 View and Chief Marketing Officer of 3D International. Mr Chong holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Master of Business Administration from the University of San Francisco, United States, and is also Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Nanoveu Limited (ASX: NVU).

Critical Resources wishes to advise that Mr Nigel Broomham has resigned from his position as non-executive director. Throughout his tenure, Mr Broomham has been a valued member of the Board, providing significant expertise and guidance to the Company during his tenure on the Board, and we wish him all the best in his future endeavours.
